TCI makes Infinite Logistics its arm

Infinite Logistics has become a subsidiary of Transport Corporation following an acquisition. Transport Corporation of India Ltd (TCI) has said that it has since acquired 10,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par value representing 51% equity stake in a Joint Venture Company, Infinite Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ILSPL). The remaining 49% equity stake has been held by Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a Govt. of India Undertaking under Ministry of Railways.

With this, ILSPL has become a subsidiary of the Company.

The JV Company i.e. ILSPL looks forward to make use of core competencies of JV partners viz. TCI & CONCOR in Multi Modal Cargo Transportation & Supply Chain Logistics AND Rail Cargo movements using respective facilities, thereby providing end-to-end solutions to the customers.
